Yes. As an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I handle refinance packages, HELOCs, purchases, and seller docs with accuracy and attention to detail.

A valid government-issued photo ID. For RON, you’ll also need a computer or smartphone with internet access and a camera.

The total price may depend on travel distance, appointment time, number of signers, number of notarizations, waiting time, parking, witness coordination and any printing or document-return requirements.
Provide the appointment address, document type and number of signers to receive a quote before scheduling.

Yes. Appointments may be available at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes and assisted-living communities throughout the Knoxville area.
The signer must have acceptable identification, be willing to participate and be able to communicate directly with the notary.

Most likely. While I (the Tennessee online notary) must be physically located in Tennessee, the signer may generally participate from another state or country.
The signer must still complete identity verification (including SSN, current US credit history), use compatible technology and confirm that the receiving organization accepts Remote Online Notarization.

Not necessarily. Remote Online Notarization is legally recognized in many situations, but the organization receiving the document may have its own policies or requirements for electronic signatures and remotely notarized documents.
A properly completed Remote Online Notarization does not guarantee acceptance by every bank, court, title company, government agency or other receiving party.
Before scheduling, confirm that the receiving organization will accept an electronically signed and remotely notarized document.
