How Mobile Notarization Works
1. Request an Appointment
Send your location, preferred date and time, document type, and number of documents and signers. Mention any witness needs, deadlines or special circumstances.
2. Confirm the Details
We’ll confirm pricing, witness arrangements and signing requirements. I may request a document copy to check the notarial sections. I cannot choose a notarial act for you or provide legal advice.
3. Have Your Documents and ID Ready
Have your complete documents and acceptable identification ready. If you’re unsure whether you can sign beforehand, wait until the appointment.
4. Meet and Complete the Notarization
I’ll meet you at the agreed location, verify each signer’s identity and complete the required notarial act. Each signer must be present and participating willingly.
5. Receive Your Documents
I’ll return your completed documents unless we’ve arranged scanning, shipping or another delivery method.

The signer must be able to communicate directly with me, understand that a notarization is taking place and participate willingly.
